LASER WAVELENGTH: The wavelength should couple well with the material and the beam quality should be superior. We integrate 266nm (UV) to 10640nm (far IR) wavelength laser sources:

   - Q-switched YAG
  - Frequency multiplied YAG
  - Diode pumped laser
  - Disc laser
  - Fiber laser
  - Low power UV lasers

Ultrafast pulse lasers (Pico- and Femtosecond) are also available.

LASER POWER: Choice of laser power is decided by the range of material thickness.

MOTION SYSTEM: A-1 Laser International integrates high-accuracy linear stages as well as low-cost lead screw stages. Depending on the application, the stage can be a rotary, flatbed or rotary-flatbed combo. The motion length may range from 100mm to few meters. You may also design your own system and we will consult and fabricate.

BEAM DELIVERY: Fixed optics beam delivery or galvo scanner can be used depending on the application and process requirements. The kerf size is determined by the choice of the beam delivery system.

PROCESS SOFTWARE: All our systems use G-Code for controlling the motion system. We use Cagila™ for G-Code Generation and supply post processor if customer decides to use Cagila™. We also provide training and assistance in preparing the code and process development.
