Laser choices:
We will use the correct laser for your specific application from Excimer to CO2. Our experienced staff of engineers can assist you in choosing the right laser for your workstation.
Beam delivery options:
Fixed Optics beam delivery or galvo scanner can be used depending on the application and process requirements. The kerf size is determined by the choice of the beam delivery system.
Motion control options:
We integrate high accuracy linear stages as well as low cost lead screw stages. Depending on the application, the stage can be a rotary, flatbed, or multiple axis systems. You may also design your own system and we will fabricate it and integrate it into you workstation.
Process software:
All our systems use G-Code for controlling the motion system. We use Cagila for G-Code Generation and supply post processor if the customer decides to use this software. We also provide training and assistance in preparing the code and process development.
100% Customization:
A1 Laser’s workstations can be fully customized in accordance to the customer’s needs. We offer 100% flexibility in the custom design of your laser workstation.
Full proof of concept before any purchase:
A1 will cut all necessary samples as a proof of concept.
Continuous Improvement:
Any improvements and modifications that A1 Lasers will make to the system towards improving performance and efficiency will be immediately directed to our customer.
Full after sales and engineering support:
The customer’s success is our success. A1 Lasers will continue to provide full support in all process development work for our customers for the LIFE OF THE WORKSTATION. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ARE ONLY FOR THE HARDWARE.
The support covers:
- Code preparation. A1 Lasers will even prepare the codes and provide process details by conducting experiments in our San Jose, CA facility for the lifetime of the system ownership. There will be no charge for these services:
- New product development and other assistance that may require for new product development.
